Save Your Back
Squeeze your butt muscles when you lift weights over your head. “You’ll force your body into a position that automatically stabilizes your spine, which lowers your risk of back injuries,” – charles staley.

warmup, smith cage squats laddering up to 275, approx 50 reps. massage afterwards…nice!
If you have a weakness and want to fix it the path isn’t very complicated. Just work on it all the time. The single most important advice I can give to a person in the gym is to “take your weaknesses and work on them every single day”. Pretty soon they won’t be weaknesses anymore. It can be as simple as doing reps before every workout. As I stated before it isn’t complicated. Maybe just difficult.
