Makes 4 burgers

for the patties:

2 lbs grassfed ground beef, 1 tbs bread crumbs, 1 tsp worchestershire, 1 egg, 1 tbs french onion soup mix, s&p.

4 kaiser rolls, toasted

sharp cheddar

cheap crap ketchup, relish(dill not sweet), ballpark mustard, slice of onion, tomatoes, spinach.classic cheesburger DSCN0709 DSCN0710 DSCN0711 DSCN0712served with a cline cashmere, a california g.s.m.
