In the Gym 1.29.15

So, starting today and for 1 month, Charles Poliquin’s German Volume Training, or 10×10 workout.  I’m going to strict up my nutrition and supplementation and see where this goes.

I’ll be modifying for a gimpy right shoulder and might do the Stronglifts 5×5 on leg days.

Weight last night, 206 (chub), I’m usually 195.

workout, warmup, 10×10 seated cable rows, 3×10 seated incline chest press, farmer carry 70lbs for 1000ft.
