GVT, 10×10 smith machine deadlifts, sumo then wide grip, then 4×20 on a leg press machine as a finisher.
gvt, german volume training, seated cable rows 10×10, seated cable chest press, 5×12, leg presses 5×12
arms and shoulders, face pulls. lateral flys, presses, dips, curls…
high knees, butt-kickers, bear crawls and 50% effort sprints. you know what? i felt like a 50 year old man.
workout, warmup, some cable crunches and body masters squat stuff. not altogether productive.
gvt, german volume training continued, 10×10 barbell rows @ 135, 10×10 decline chest press (seated) @ 180.
