pulldowns, plate incline press, lunges. stretching. First time in the gym in a while. Still icing the left forearm.
50 burpees, dumbell shoulder press, deadlifts (light)
1.5mi run, 15 minutes of lap swimming.
warmups, unilateral dumbell clean and press.
burpees, pullups, swim (first time in 10 years)
