Well, last night I gave myself a grade 2 or 3 tear in my right calf. Prognosis, at least 3 weeks of no pressure on that particular muscle. Fat, come and get me. I was training obstacles at a local gym.
i did a bootcamp class at Camp Rhino NW on Monday and a gym session tuesday which consisted of a 22min amrap of 200m runs and box step-ups, followed by a rowing relay. fun
