I’ve got to say that my BP isn’t coming down as fast as I like. That being said, today was my first cardio since leaving for China. I have a video Dr. appt in the am. I’ll post weight, BP and BPM tomorrow.

hiked Willow Springs/White Rock loop today, 6 miles in 2:10
daddy daughter workout: shoulder press, uprights rows, bi’s/tri’s, abs
push/pull, bi’s tri’s, leg press.
–then– a nice walk.
just back from China, where it rained for 2 weeks straight. trying to get some color and fitness back. see how jet lag treats me tomorrow. I’ll do a weigh-in and BP reading tomorrow.
