ran a mile and then up and down exploration peak twice,
shoulder press, lateral flys, leg press, arm
ran a slow mile then a couple repeats of exploration peak at mountain’a edge. 105 outside at 10:00am.
hiked part of the south rim trail on mt. charleston with my boy today. more rain and lightning like last weekend.
no gym, no run, just about a 100 axes thrown.
