Hola, I said I would report on my BP.
137/87 bpm 76, much better than 3 days ago. My dosage of amlodipene doubled did the trick. I’ll now be able to do HIIT workouts and shred some tummy goo. Weighing in at 210 in the am. No drinks for 9 days. Nice.

I’ve got to say that my BP isn’t coming down as fast as I like. That being said, today was my first cardio since leaving for China. I have a video Dr. appt in the am. I’ll post weight, BP and BPM tomorrow.

just back from China, where it rained for 2 weeks straight. trying to get some color and fitness back. see how jet lag treats me tomorrow. I’ll do a weigh-in and BP reading tomorrow.
