about 50 days until my Spartan Beast/Sprint weekend. First Trifecta!!!
Shoulder and arm hypertrophy workouts. Occlusion, high rep sets. a bunch of crap i normally never do.
it dropped from 105 to 94 today, so I ran a 5k.
ran 5k in the morning. hot out there.
ran 5k at midight last night
mostly arm hypertrophy in the gym today.
