Soooo. Last night I started what I hope will become a new (good) habit. I came home from work and did 50 burpees in sets of 10. Next week I’ll add 20 and then 20 ad nauseum until I eventually get up to 100 burpees a night for 6 days/week. Eventually doing them in 1 set. (nightly…not 600 at once).
burpees and sprints, 3(10 burpees + 50m sprint) just about died . 12 more sleeps until Spartan weekend in Vegas.
5k run in he morning, pullups, burpees and brachiating in the evening.
Terrain race next week, tough mudder in 4.

workout, warmup, ran a couple laps , 5 count’em 5 burpees, push/pull.
post wine-tasting trip workout, ran 1 mile in 6 legs (gym track) did pushups, burpees, etc in between laps, body masters squats, push/pull. getting back into it.
