chest press, shoulder press, goblet squats, farmer carry
So, starting today and for 1 month, Charles Poliquin’s German Volume Training, or 10×10 workout. I’m going to strict up my nutrition and supplementation and see where this goes.
I’ll be modifying for a gimpy right shoulder and might do the Stronglifts 5×5 on leg days.
Weight last night, 206 (chub), I’m usually 195.
workout, warmup, 10×10 seated cable rows, 3×10 seated incline chest press, farmer carry 70lbs for 1000ft.
Been on a goofy schedule for a few days plus i thought i broke my foot on the 18th doing a check on an acrobatic winch system, x-ray showed nada so I was back in the gym today.
pushing and pulling, farmer carry, air squats. felt good.
workout: warmup, deadlifts in a smith, 1 hand deadlifts, krok rows, weighted lunges, farmer’s carry.
workout: warmup, pullups, shoulder press, farmer carry.
workout: warmup, 50 deadlifts @ 135 fast, 90lb farmer carry 1/6mi, arms.
workout: no warmup, arms front and back, shoulder presses and 1/6 mile farmer carry with 2 – 45lb plates, at which i sucked. new goals set.
