bi’s/tri’s x 2, shoulder press, front squats
push/pull, isolated leg work front/back, front squats.
push/pull, front squats. tried a hike yesterday but got thunderstormed off the mountain.
front squats, shoulder press, neutral grip pulldown
push/pull/legs, decline benchpress, supinated pulldowns, leg press and then front squats (ow!).
tough one…front squats, shoulder press, hanging clean and press. man am i outta shape.
back at ‘er after a short layoff, 100s again, cable rows, cable chest press, and front squats…didn’t do anywhere near 100 squats 🙂
