it’s been over a week since my last post and I finally got to the gym today. I went 2 other times over the last week but it was hectic. tomorrow I turn 50 and I look (3 days a month) as good as I did when I was 25. awesome.
wod, front squats @ 135, seated cable rows, face pulls.
workout: warmup, front squats none-too-heavy, upper body push/pull exercises. A pretty girl winked at my pretty girlfriend in the gym today. hmmmm.

This is one of my favorite strength training mottos (along with “perfect practice makes perfect” and “fast sh*t is still sh*t”). I’m not here to have a debate about whether front squats are better than back squats. You just need to accept that they are. Just joking. Kind of.
