workout; warmup, 50 toes2bar, good mornings and goblet squats wi 25lb dumbell, hack squats @ 135, 50 (calf raises too), front squat @ 135 7 sets of 6.
workout: warmup, floor sweepers, pushups, weighted unilateral OH lunges, pullups, jefferson deadlifts, hack squats, calf work.
Meant to do my first weighted deadlifts since the hernia surgery, but F%@K! am I weak. Oly bar only.
after a long furlough, workout: no warmup, in a smith machine 3×10 + 10 bottom halves squats @ 145, 3 x 15 quad crushers on a decline bench, then hack squats @ 175 3×10 + 10 bottom halves. leg curls, toes2bar, stretching.
