3 mi run, then pushups, pullups, dips (at work)
don’t usually do this but…
30 flights of stairs, pushups, pullups, dips.
pushups, pullups, lunges, wall balls, seated rows, shoulder press
post wine-tasting trip workout, ran 1 mile in 6 legs (gym track) did pushups, burpees, etc in between laps, body masters squats, push/pull. getting back into it.
workout: warmup, 100s of ea( close grip pulldowns, seated cable press, pushups, wide grip pulldowns), bi/tri cable work.
workout: warmup, chest and biceps, cable flys, hammer strength incline presses, benchpresses @ 185 (still weak), pushups to finish, cable bicep curls, preacher curls, decline bench hammer curls.
workout: warmup, floor sweepers, pushups, weighted unilateral OH lunges, pullups, jefferson deadlifts, hack squats, calf work.
Meant to do my first weighted deadlifts since the hernia surgery, but F%@K! am I weak. Oly bar only.
