Sad…because my back isn’t healing and now I have tendinitis on my left biceps brachial so much so that I can’t make a fist. Can’t run more than 2 miles, can’t do a pullup.
I am dropping out of the Big Bear Beast and so losing out on my first Beast and first Trifecta.
6 weeks until the Big Bear Beast followed by the Las Vegas Tough Mudder the next day. Feeling completely unprepared. Just coming off a month of down-time because of a lateral pelvic tilt. Arrrgh! Baby Steps.
