Whatever you do to train for a Spartan…triple the grip-strength work. Honestly
All in the last 1.5 miles, loaded carry, tyrolean traverse, rope climb, the “Haul” thing. Finger killin’ good.
Day after Spartan Super. my 9th place dropped to 33rd after all results were in. 🙁

forgot to post yesterday, ran 3mi, brachiated, pullups, pushups 1 more sleep now. woefuly under-trained. Absolute rest day today, the 18th.
