workout: posterior chain day with my girl, snatch grip deadlifts 2 sets@ 95, sumo deadlifts 4 sets @ 135, trap bar (high grip) deadlifts 3 sets @ 225, stretching.
workout: warmup, 5×3 @ 225 sumo deadlift, 5×10 @ 95 jumping squats. stretching. ibuprofen.
hamstring pull! ouch. i was warming up or a squatting day and i think somewhere between the lunges and the good mornings i pulled my left hammy. stretch, stretch and more stretch.
