workout: warmup, tricep pushdowns, dips, cable biceps curls, preacher curls, shoulder presses, t2b.
workout: warmup, leg presses, shoulder presses, pullups, t2b.
workout: warmup, shoulder press, t2b, seated rows. 4 days until i’m running an OCR, terrainrace.com, can’t seem to stay motivated.
workout: ran a couple laps, t2b, chins, seated shoulder press. weaksauce.
workout: warmup, really just an overall warmup workout after 4? days off. Cable chest press, seated cable rows, leg press on some crap machines and some toes2bar.
wotkouy: warmup, mostly toes2bar, some cable rows, blah.
Workout: warmup, t-bar rows, inverted rows, pullups, seated calves, t2b, cable crunches/wood choppers.
workout: pullups and toes2bar, air squats. 1 week until my first Tough Mudder.
