I started taking BP medicine today because i’m showing 157/100 after work. Reason’s for this; beer…25 years of too much beer. Otherwise i eat well and I exercise a lot.
So 157/100, age 54, weight 215. I will not drink for 1 month starting today and we’ll compare BP and weight at the end of it.
